On 12 August 2026 the Philippine Food and Drug Administration published Advisory No. 2026-0879, a public health warning against the purchase and use of the unauthorized cosmetic “KEVIN & COCO JUICY LIP GLOSS.” The advisory tells healthcare professionals and the public not to purchase or use the product.
Distributors and retailers should confirm that cosmetic products they handle have the required FDA authorization before they are offered for sale.
