PECAN.Solutions ("we", "us") operates the website at https://www.pecan.solutions and related administrative tools. Contact: pe.pharma.com@gmail.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our public website or when authorized administrators connect third-party accounts (such as Google Ads) to our systems.
Information we collect
Website and contact: when you submit a contact form, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, company, and message) so we can respond.
Technical data: our servers and analytics may collect standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) to operate, secure, and improve the site.
Google integrations (admin only): when an administrator uses "Connect Google Ads" (or similar OAuth connect flows), Google may share OAuth tokens and account identifiers needed to call Google APIs on behalf of that Google account. We use those credentials only to provide the connected features inside our admin tools.
How we use information
- To operate and secure the website and admin application
- To respond to contact and business inquiries
- To send newsletters and marketing updates when you have given consent
- To provide authorized Google Ads / advertising management features to administrators who connect their accounts
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
Google user data
Our Google OAuth client (app name: www_pecan_solutions) requests access only for scopes required by the features administrators enable (for Google Ads, the Google Ads API / adwords scope).
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising to end users of this site. Tokens and related identifiers are stored as application secrets for the connected integration and are accessible only to authorized administrators and systems that need them to run the integration.
Administrators can disconnect access by revoking the app in their Google Account permissions and removing stored tokens from our API credentials settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host or operate our infrastructure, or when required by law, or to protect the security of our services.
Retention
Contact messages and operational logs are kept as long as needed for the purposes above. OAuth tokens remain until an administrator disconnects the integration or rotates credentials.
Security
We use administrative access controls and industry-standard practices to protect secrets such as OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, email pe.pharma.com@gmail.com. Google Account holders can also manage third-party access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If you consented to receive newsletters or marketing updates, you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing pe.pharma.com@gmail.com. We will stop marketing communications after we process your withdrawal request. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful based on consent before it was withdrawn, or processing needed to respond to an existing inquiry.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://www.pecan.solutions/privacy-policy (and on our current deployment domain when applicable).
